Marizpan potato is another name for small marzipan balls coated in cocoa. When producing we give it to stay on open air for a while and only after that we put them in boxes. This allows excess moisture to evaporate and the balls are slightly harder than, for example, marzipan masses. This hardness in structure gives them needed contrast compared to other marzipan products. A wonderful addition to coffee or tea, both at home with family members or as a gift to a group of friends.
