The rave reviews from visitors from the tour inspired us with the courage to spread emotions beyond the thick walls of our Gallery. For more than 10 years, the beginning and end of the school year has been one of the most emotionally rich periods, because we bring knowledge about Estonian national sweets to every corner of our country. The marzipan workshop is met by children in educational institutions with eyes full of joy and interest. After all, how many days in a person’s life when he learns about the useful sweetness that you can roll in your hands, paint, sculpt, make whatever your heart desires, and then eat it !?

Master classes outside the walls of the gallery is an opportunity to bring the atmosphere of magic closer to you. We provide the same equipment for off-site classes as in the Gallery. The figures obtained within the framework of the working room are packed into boxes and taught. If the appropriate equipment is available, we also show an educational film about the history of marzipan.

Interesting extracurricular educational activity

If you want to organize activities of interest for the entire elementary school at once, then the off-site workshop is just for you. A master class can be associated, for example, with one of the holidays during the school year, such as mother’s or father’s day, Christmas, friend’s day or Easter. So the children will have the opportunity to make a themed figurine and present it packed in a box as a gift to their friends or family members.
